Standard, deep, or move-out clean?

A standard clean maintains an already-maintained home — surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, two to three hours. A deep clean resets a house that has drifted: baseboards, window tracks, inside the oven and fridge, grout. A move-out clean is written against a checklist with your deposit riding on it.

How often should you actually book?

Biweekly suits most households and is the most common choice. Weekly makes sense with kids, pets and a full house. Monthly tends to drift into needing a deep clean every visit, which costs more per visit than simply going biweekly.

Who brings the supplies?

Confirm this before the first visit. Some cleaners bring everything, others expect the home's own products — which matters if you have sealed stone, unfinished wood, or someone in the house with asthma or a fragrance sensitivity.

What you're really paying for is consistency

Anyone can clean a kitchen once. What people pay for month after month is not having to think about it: arriving when they said, the same standard every time, and never needing to be re-briefed.
