1. Who we are

Callfixi is a registered lead generation and digital marketing company. We generate and distribute qualified customer enquiries across home services and other digital sectors. When you send us a request, we match it to an independent licensed contractor in your area who can carry out the work, and that contractor contacts you directly.

This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, what we do with it, and how to tell us to stop.

2. What we collect

Only what a pro needs to quote the job and turn up at the right door:

  • Your name, phone number and email address
  • The service address, city and ZIP where the work is needed
  • Which service you asked for, how urgent it is, your preferred time, and whatever you write in the description box
  • If you call us: your phone number, which tracking number you dialled, and a recording or transcript of the call
  • Standard web data — IP address, approximate city, browser, pages viewed, and the search or ad that brought you here

We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank details or card details, and we do not want them. Callfixi never handles payment for the work. That is settled directly between you and the pro.

3. What we do with it

  • Route your request to a licensed local contractor covering that service and ZIP code
  • Contact you to confirm details, schedule or follow up
  • Work out which pages and channels produce real requests
  • Catch spam and fake submissions

We do not build advertising profiles about you, and we do not sell your information to data brokers, list vendors or anyone outside the contractor network described below.

4. Who we share it with

Contractors. This is the core of the service. Your contact details, service address and job description go to independent contractors in your area. Depending on the service, your request may go to more than one, and more than one may call you. Contractors pay Callfixi for these referrals — under some state privacy laws that counts as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, so we say so plainly rather than bury it. Once a contractor has your details they are an independent business, and their own privacy practices apply, not ours.

Service providers. Companies running parts of our infrastructure, which may only use your data to perform that function: hosting, CRM, call tracking and voice, email delivery, and analytics.

Legal. Where we are required by law, subpoena or court order, or where we need to investigate fraud or protect someone’s safety.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technology to keep the site working, measure traffic, and see which pages generate requests. Our call tracking provider assigns a phone number to your visit so we can tell which page produced a call. You can block cookies in your browser; parts of the site may stop working properly if you do.

We honour Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing where the law requires it.

7. Your choices

Whatever state you live in, email privacy@callfixi.com and ask us to:

  • Tell you what we hold about you
  • Correct it
  • Delete it
  • Stop sharing it with contractors
  • Stop contacting you

We aim to respond within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights by statute. We extend them to everyone rather than run two systems.

One honest limit: once a contractor already has your details, we can stop sending them anything further, but we cannot reach into their systems and delete what they already received. For that you would need to contact them directly.

8. How long we keep it

Lead records and call recordings are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. We keep them that long to settle billing disputes with contractors and answer complaints. Opt-out records are kept indefinitely, because that is the only way to guarantee we keep honouring them.

9. Children

This site is for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has submitted something, email us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable vendors. No system is perfectly secure, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we share your information get posted here before they take effect.
