By using this site, submitting a request, or calling a number listed here, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and able to authorise work at the property in question.
Callfixi is a registered lead generation and digital marketing company. We generate and distribute qualified customer enquiries across home services and other digital sectors.
On this site, that means we run the website and phone system that takes your request, identify which contractors cover that trade and that area, and pass your enquiry to one of them so they can contact you. Contractors pay us for that introduction. You do not pay Callfixi anything.
The work itself is carried out by that contractor, as an independent business, under a direct agreement between you and them. Callfixi is not a party to that agreement, does not employ or supervise contractors, does not set their prices or issue quotes for them, and does not handle payment for the work.
Response times, arrival estimates and price ranges shown elsewhere on this site describe what contractors in our network typically achieve. They are informed expectations rather than guarantees, and no individual contractor is bound by them.
Callfixi requires every contractor in the network to represent that they hold the licence, registration and insurance their state and locality require for the work they accept, and to keep them current. We collect that at onboarding and we remove contractors who cannot substantiate it.
That is a screening step, not a warranty. Licences lapse and insurance gets cancelled, and we usually find out after the fact. Before work begins we strongly encourage you to:
Contractors are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, partners or joint venturers, and nothing they say to you binds Callfixi.
Give us accurate information. Requests using fake names, numbers you do not control, or addresses you have no authority over are abuse of the service and we will block them. Do not scrape the site, harvest contractor details, or submit automated requests.
Any dispute about the work itself — price, damage, delay, workmanship, refunds — is between you and the contractor. We want to hear about it at legal@callfixi.com, because it tells us who to remove from the network. But we cannot arbitrate it, order a refund, or compel a contractor to do anything.
Referral fees, lead pricing, exclusivity and credit policy are governed by the separate written agreement you sign with Callfixi, not by this page. Where they conflict, that agreement controls.
You are responsible for holding and maintaining every licence, registration, permit, bond and insurance policy your work requires, and for complying with all applicable law when you contact a consumer we refer to you — including telemarketing, texting and do-not-call rules. You may not resell or redistribute a referred consumer, or add them to any list or campaign beyond the specific job they asked about.
By submitting a request or calling a number on this site, you consent to be contacted by Callfixi and by the matched contractor at the phone number and email you provided, including by automated dialling systems, prerecorded messages, AI-assisted voice agents and SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of obtaining any service.
Inbound calls to Callfixi are answered by an automated assistant and are recorded. You are told this at the start of the call. Continuing the call is your consent to be recorded; if you do not consent, hang up and use the form instead. Opt out of further contact any time by replying STOP, using an unsubscribe link, or emailing legal@callfixi.com.
Price ranges, seasonal guidance and local information on this site are general estimates compiled from public and market data. They are not quotes. Actual price depends on the property, the scope and the contractor. Nothing here is legal, pest management, structural or safety advice.
The Callfixi name, logo, page copy and design are owned by Callfixi and may not be copied, scraped or republished without written permission.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Callfixi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Callfixi makes no warranty regarding any contractor, their licensing or insurance status, their conduct, or the work they perform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callfixi and its officers and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any property damage, personal injury, loss, theft or economic loss arising out of work performed or not performed by a contractor. Total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of sections 8 and 9 may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Callfixi harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the service, information you submit, or any dispute between you and a contractor.
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing anything, both sides agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting legal@callfixi.com and allowing 30 days. Disputes that cannot be resolved that way will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and continued use means acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone abusing the service, at any time, without notice.
Callfixi is the trading name of a Wyoming limited liability company, and references to “Callfixi” in these terms mean that company. It is a registered business in good standing, and it is the party these terms are enforceable by and against.
Like most privately held companies, we do not publish our registered particulars on the website. They are available on request to anyone with a legitimate reason to have them — email legal@callfixi.com — and we provide them as a matter of course to any court, regulator or agency that asks.
